New Forest Electronics sells on a "business to business" basis, and for UK customers adds VAT to the listed prices. Payment may be made using a normal business invoice process or by card. The order process is:-

| Standard delivery method & cost - UK |
Orders costing under £35 - these are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, using "signed for" delivery:
- Packages up to 0.5kg (e.g. USB converter cables) = £2.78 (large letter size)
Orders costing over £35 - these are sent at cost by Royal Mail "Special Delivery - Next Day" with guaranteed delivery (99% UK coverage) by 1 p.m. the following working day:-
- Packages up to 0.5kg (e.g. FLL range of adapters) = £7.25
- Packages up to 1.0kg (e.g. Annie-USB and Logic-16 analyser) = £8.55
- Packages up to 2.0kg (e.g. SDA-02 or La-Gold-36) = £11.00
We would be pleased quote for alternative delivery methods.
A despatch advice is always sent (email) once an order has been shipped.
| Delivery method & cost - overseas |
Delivery method and cost is as agreed for each order, usually one of the following:
- By customer's choice of carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx), at cost
- By customer's corporate carrier, booking to customer's account
- By "Airsure" or "International Signed for" airmail (depending on destination), delivery 2-3 working days (Europe), 3-5 working days (rest of the world)
A despatch advice is always sent (email) once an order has been shipped.
A significant proportion of our business is with overseas customers, and we can invoice in any major currency, or request payment by card in any one of 16 major currencies (learn more)
VAT (sales tax) is not applied outside the EU, and not within the EU provided the customer's VAT number is supplied.
